My name is Brian Pickett, and I’m the owner of Apex Construction & Remodeling, proudly serving the Hot Springs and Bismarck, AR communities. My journey in construction began the hard way—on the ground, working as a general laborer. I hauled materials, cleaned job sites, and soaked up every bit of knowledge I could. It wasn’t glamorous, but it laid the foundation for everything I do today.


Through years of hands-on experience and dedication, I worked my way up to become a project manager for a multifamily development firm. I led large-scale projects, managed crews, and learned what it takes to bring construction jobs across the finish line successfully. I also saw how quickly things can fall apart without strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to quality.
